EU spolu s mnoha dal\u0161\u00edmi zem\u011bmi po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b uplat\u0148uje kontraproduktivn\u00ed strategii v boji proti epidemii kou\u0159en\u00ed. Jej\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 v tom, \u017ee alternativn\u00ed v\u00fdrobky se zdaj\u00ed b\u00fdt stejn\u011b \u0161kodliv\u00e9 jako tab\u00e1k, omezuje se k nim p\u0159\u00edstup a zvy\u0161uje se zdan\u011bn\u00ed, aby byly dra\u017e\u0161\u00ed a odrazovaly od jejich u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed. A tato strategie p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed pon\u011bkud neuspokojiv\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Navzdory ve\u0161ker\u00e9mu \u00fasil\u00ed evropsk\u00fdch instituc\u00ed celkov\u00e1 m\u00edra kou\u0159en\u00ed v EU st\u00e1le \u010din\u00ed 251 TP4T a ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u011b zem\u0159e v d\u016fsledku nemoc\u00ed souvisej\u00edc\u00edch s kou\u0159en\u00edm p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 700 000 lid\u00ed.
