D\u00e1le V\u00e1s vyz\u00fdv\u00e1m, abyste zv\u00e1\u017eili potenci\u00e1l nikotinov\u00fdch s\u00e1\u010dk\u016f jako cenn\u00e9ho n\u00e1stroje v programech odvyk\u00e1n\u00ed kou\u0159en\u00ed, co\u017e by mohlo v\u00fdznamn\u011b p\u0159isp\u011bt ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed m\u00edry kou\u0159en\u00ed ve Spojen\u00e9m kr\u00e1lovstv\u00ed a minimalizaci souvisej\u00edc\u00edch \u0161kod.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Vznik nov\u00fdch nikotinov\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f se sn\u00ed\u017een\u00fdm rizikem, v\u010detn\u011b nikotinov\u00fdch s\u00e1\u010dk\u016f, p\u0159edstavuje \u00fa\u017easnou p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed m\u00edry kou\u0159en\u00ed ve Spojen\u00e9m kr\u00e1lovstv\u00ed a n\u00e1sledn\u00fdch \u0161kod. Nikotinov\u00e9 s\u00e1\u010dky se jev\u00ed jako velmi slibn\u00fd potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed n\u00e1stroj ke sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161kod pro ty, kte\u0159\u00ed v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b kou\u0159\u00ed nebo by se mohli rozhodnout pro to v budoucnu. Je proto nezbytn\u00e9 zajistit jejich zodpov\u011bdn\u00e9 u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed a dostupnost pro p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9 v\u011bkov\u00e9 skupiny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Proto nal\u00e9hav\u011b \u017e\u00e1d\u00e1me britskou vl\u00e1du, aby zavedla legislativu, kter\u00e1 by stanovila z\u00e1konn\u00fd v\u011bk pro n\u00e1kup nikotinov\u00fdch s\u00e1\u010dk\u016f na 18 let a v\u00edce. Tato centra hraj\u00ed roli v pomoci jednotlivc\u016fm na jejich cest\u011b k p\u0159estat kou\u0159it a k p\u0159ijet\u00ed zdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00edho \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu. Za\u010dlen\u011bn\u00edm nikotinov\u00fdch s\u00e1\u010dk\u016f do st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch program\u016f pro odvyk\u00e1n\u00ed kou\u0159en\u00ed m\u016f\u017eeme nab\u00eddnout dal\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1stroj, kter\u00fd se m\u016f\u017ee uk\u00e1zat jako \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fd pro n\u011bkter\u00e9 jedince, kte\u0159\u00ed se sna\u017e\u00ed p\u0159ekonat svou z\u00e1vislost. Tento p\u0159\u00edstup by doplnil \u0159adu ji\u017e zaveden\u00fdch metod odvyk\u00e1n\u00ed kou\u0159en\u00ed zalo\u017een\u00fdch na d\u016fkazech, jako je vapov\u00e1n\u00ed, podpora individu\u00e1ln\u00ed volby a diverzifikace mo\u017enost\u00ed dostupn\u00fdch t\u011bm, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou na cest\u011b k \u017eivotu bez kou\u0159en\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Z\u00e1v\u011brem lze \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee regulace prodeje nikotinov\u00fdch s\u00e1\u010dk\u016f s c\u00edlem zabr\u00e1nit p\u0159\u00edstupu osob mlad\u0161\u00edch 18 let a jejich integrace do center pro odvyk\u00e1n\u00ed kou\u0159en\u00ed v\u00fdznamn\u011b p\u0159isp\u011bje ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed m\u00edry kou\u0159en\u00ed ve Spojen\u00e9m kr\u00e1lovstv\u00ed a souvisej\u00edc\u00edch \u0161kod.
