A\u010dkoli v\u0161echny nikotinov\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky obsahuj\u00ed n\u00e1vykovou slo\u017eku, rizika spojen\u00e1 s cigaretami...<a href=\"https:\/\/snuskommissionen.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/A-report-from-Swedens-Snus-Commission_2022.pdf\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">&nbsp;jsou zanedbateln\u00e9<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Racion\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup k \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed t\u011bchto obav by zahrnoval studium zem\u011b p\u016fvodu, kter\u00e1 se s t\u011bmito ot\u00e1zkami ji\u017e \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b pot\u00fdkala, a odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed modelov\u00e1n\u00ed legislativy. M\u011bli bychom se i nad\u00e1le zam\u011b\u0159ovat na zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed dostupnosti, vyh\u00fdb\u00e1n\u00ed se kontraproduktivn\u00edm omezen\u00edm t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00edm se p\u0159\u00edchut\u00ed nebo nikotinu a na vym\u00e1h\u00e1n\u00ed v\u011bkov\u00e9 hranice, mo\u017en\u00e1 prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm licen\u010dn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu, a z\u00e1rove\u0148 upravovat zdan\u011bn\u00ed tak, aby odpov\u00eddalo \u00farovni \u0161kodlivosti.
