Navrhovan\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed zahrnuj\u00ed omezen\u00ed obsahu nikotinu na 16,6 miligram\u016f na gram v\u00fdrobku, omezen\u00ed povolen\u00fdch v\u016fn\u00ed a p\u0159\u00edchut\u00ed a zaveden\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch po\u017eadavk\u016f na balen\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Gener\u00e1ln\u00ed revize p\u0159edpis\u016f<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podle nov\u00fdch p\u0159edpis\u016f budou na v\u0161ech maloobchodn\u00edch obalech povinn\u00e1 zdravotn\u00ed varov\u00e1n\u00ed ve fin\u0161tin\u011b i \u0161v\u00e9d\u0161tin\u011b, kter\u00e1 mus\u00ed spl\u0148ovat standardizovan\u00e9 pokyny pro \u201ejednotn\u00e9 obaly\u201c, aby se sn\u00ed\u017eila vizu\u00e1ln\u00ed atraktivita. N\u00e1vrh se nav\u00edc sna\u017e\u00ed eliminovat prodej na d\u00e1lku a zav\u00e9st v\u00fdznamn\u00e1 omezen\u00ed dovozu nikotinov\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f. Prodej, dr\u017een\u00ed a dovoz t\u011bchto v\u00fdrobk\u016f osob\u00e1m mlad\u0161\u00edm 18 let by byl zak\u00e1z\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Licencov\u00e1n\u00ed a odpov\u011bdnost<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prodej nikotinov\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f bude vy\u017eadovat licenci pro maloobchodn\u00ed provoz a syst\u00e9m oznamov\u00e1n\u00ed pro velkoobchodn\u00edky.
