Ale nen\u00ed to tot\u00e9\u017e a rozd\u00edl je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Snus: Osv\u011bd\u010den\u00fd zachr\u00e1nce<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Za\u010dn\u011bme snusem. D\u00edky alternativ\u00e1m, jako je snus, se ve \u0160v\u00e9dsku denn\u00ed m\u00edra kou\u0159en\u00ed... <a href=\"https:\/\/www.folkhalsomyndigheten.se\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">upustil<\/a> jen <strong>5,41 TP4T v roce 2024<\/strong>, nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed v EU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nicm\u00e9n\u011b snus st\u00e1le obsahuje tab\u00e1k \u2013 a s n\u00edm i ur\u010dit\u00e9 \u0161kodliv\u00e9 slou\u010deniny. Mezi nimi jsou p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm TSNA (nitrosaminy specifick\u00e9 pro tab\u00e1k), jako jsou NNN a NNK. I kdy\u017e modern\u00ed snusov\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky drasticky sn\u00ed\u017eily tyto hladiny \u0161kodliv\u00fdch slou\u010denin (\u010dasto pod p\u0159\u00edsn\u00e9 standardy GothiaTek), riziko nen\u00ed nulov\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vstupte: Nikotinov\u00e9 s\u00e1\u010dky<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nikotinov\u00e9 s\u00e1\u010dky jsou novou generac\u00ed. Vypadaj\u00ed jako snus, c\u00edt\u00ed se jako snus \u2013 ale jsou... <strong>bez tab\u00e1ku<\/strong>A tento jeden rozd\u00edl je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd. Bez tab\u00e1ku nikotinov\u00e9 s\u00e1\u010dky nejen eliminuj\u00ed spalov\u00e1n\u00ed \u2013 eliminuj\u00ed tak\u00e9 zdroj mnoha zbytkov\u00fdch toxin\u016f, kter\u00e9 se nach\u00e1zej\u00ed i v produktech s n\u00edzk\u00fdm rizikem, jako je snus. Ze 43 \u0161kodliv\u00fdch nebo potenci\u00e1ln\u011b \u0161kodliv\u00fdch slo\u017eek (HPHC) typicky spojovan\u00fdch s tab\u00e1kov\u00fdmi v\u00fdrobky byla v\u011bt\u0161ina <strong>zcela nezjistiteln\u00e9<\/strong> v s\u00e1\u010dc\u00edch \u2013 a ty, kter\u00e9 byly nalezeny, se objevily pouze ve stopov\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nikotinov\u00e9 s\u00e1\u010dky zapl\u0148uj\u00ed <strong>nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dka na \u017eeb\u0159\u00ed\u010dku expozice toxick\u00fdm l\u00e1tk\u00e1m<\/strong> mezi modern\u00edmi nikotinov\u00fdmi v\u00fdrobky. D\u00edky absenci tab\u00e1kov\u00fdch list\u016f, nespalov\u00e1n\u00ed a ultra\u010dist\u00e9mu slo\u017een\u00ed nab\u00edzej\u00ed ku\u0159\u00e1k\u016fm a u\u017eivatel\u016fm jin\u00fdch tab\u00e1kov\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f pro or\u00e1ln\u00ed pou\u017eit\u00ed bezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a chyt\u0159ej\u0161\u00ed krok ke sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161kod.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Co \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 v\u011bda o riziku?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Podle rozhodnut\u00ed o v\u00edce krit\u00e9ri\u00edch <a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/24714502\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Anal\u00fdza<\/a> (MCDA) z p\u0159elomov\u00e9 studie z roku 2014 experti zjistili, \u017ee <strong>Snus je p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b o 95% m\u00e9n\u011b \u0161kodliv\u00fd ne\u017e kou\u0159en\u00ed.<\/strong>To je obrovsk\u00e9 v\u00edt\u011bzstv\u00ed pro sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161kod.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A i kdy\u017e v t\u00e9 dob\u011b je\u0161t\u011b nebyly na trhu nikotinov\u00e9 s\u00e1\u010dky, jejich <strong>slo\u017een\u00ed bez tab\u00e1ku<\/strong> a <strong>ultran\u00edzk\u00e9 hladiny toxick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek<\/strong> nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee by mohly b\u00fdt je\u0161t\u011b bezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed volbou \u2013 co\u017e by je potenci\u00e1ln\u011b \u0159adilo na \u00fapln\u011b nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed hranici rizikov\u00e9ho spektra nikotinov\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Co je tedy vlastn\u011b v nikotinov\u00e9m s\u00e1\u010dku? P\u0159ekvapiv\u011b m\u00e1lo. Ka\u017ed\u00fd s\u00e1\u010dek <a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/34034614\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">obsahuje<\/a> <strong>nikotin<\/strong> (obvykle ve form\u011b soli, kter\u00e1 pom\u00e1h\u00e1 t\u011blu hladce vst\u0159eb\u00e1vat), <strong>rostlinn\u00e1 vl\u00e1kna<\/strong> (aby s\u00e1\u010dek m\u011bl m\u011bkk\u00fd tvar), <strong>mal\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed sladidla bezpe\u010dn\u00e9ho pro potraviny<\/strong>, <strong>p\u0159\u00edchu\u0165<\/strong> (jako m\u00e1ta nebo bobule) a <strong>vyrovn\u00e1va\u010d pH<\/strong> (aby nikotin mohl \u00fa\u010dinkovat). To je v\u0161e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kone\u010dn\u00fd verdikt<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Z\u0159ejm\u00e9: <strong>nikotinov\u00e9 s\u00e1\u010dky neobsahuj\u00ed tab\u00e1k<\/strong>\u017d\u00e1dn\u00fd tab\u00e1k znamen\u00e1 <strong>\u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 TSNA<\/strong>, \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 vedlej\u0161\u00ed produkty spalov\u00e1n\u00ed a \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 stopy \u0161kodliv\u00fdch chemik\u00e1li\u00ed, kter\u00e9 st\u00e1le existuj\u00ed i v nej\u010dist\u0161\u00edch form\u00e1ch bezd\u00fdmn\u00e9ho tab\u00e1ku, jako je snus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ano, zat\u00edm nem\u00e1me 30 let dlouhodob\u00fdch epidemiologick\u00fdch dat. Ale ne\u010dekali jsme tak dlouho, abychom si uv\u011bdomili v\u00fdhody snusu, a nem\u011bli bychom \u010dekat ani te\u010f.
