Za t\u00edmto \u00fa\u010delem pl\u00e1nuje ministerstvo co nejd\u0159\u00edve v p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edm roce konzultovat p\u0159edpisy. Na podporu tohoto c\u00edle pravideln\u011b spolupracuje s obchodn\u00edmi organizacemi a maloobchodn\u00edm sektorem, aby zajistilo vhodnost sv\u00fdch p\u0159edpis\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud jde o odvyk\u00e1n\u00ed kou\u0159en\u00ed, v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b existuje jen omezen\u00fd v\u00fdzkum a d\u016fkazy o \u0161kodlivosti a pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed nikotinov\u00fdch s\u00e1\u010dk\u016f jako pom\u016fcky pro odvyk\u00e1n\u00ed. V\u00fdbor pro toxicitu na \u017e\u00e1dost ministerstva vypracoval zpr\u00e1vu o nikotinov\u00fdch s\u00e1\u010dc\u00edch a zjistil, \u017ee nikotinov\u00e9 s\u00e1\u010dky, pokud se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed podle ur\u010den\u00ed, mohou sn\u00ed\u017eit rizika pro ku\u0159\u00e1ky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ministerstvo zadalo prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm N\u00e1rodn\u00edho institutu pro v\u00fdzkum zdrav\u00ed a p\u00e9\u010de dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdzkum vapingu a nikotinov\u00fdch produkt\u016f. Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed v\u00fdzkumu je mapa \u017eiv\u00fdch d\u016fkaz\u016f shroma\u017e\u010fuj\u00edc\u00ed mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed poznatky o vapingu a nikotinov\u00fdch produktech, v\u010detn\u011b jejich zdravotn\u00edch rizik, trend\u016f v u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed a nov\u011b vznikaj\u00edc\u00edch d\u016fkaz\u016f o odvyk\u00e1n\u00ed kou\u0159en\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ministerstvo ned\u00e1vno vyhl\u00e1silo v\u00fdzvu k p\u0159edkl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed d\u016fkaz\u016f, aby shrom\u00e1\u017edilo d\u016fkazy k \u0159ad\u011b t\u00e9mat t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00edch se tab\u00e1ku, vapingu a nikotinov\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f. Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed v\u00fdzvy byly ot\u00e1zky t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se nikotinov\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f, limit\u016f nikotinu a slo\u017eek, aby se zajistilo, \u017ee v\u0161echny v\u00fdrobky obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed nikotin obsahuj\u00ed bezpe\u010dnou a vhodnou hladinu nikotinu.
