Alors que le groupe de travail sur les questions fiscales est pr\u00e9vu pour le 25 f\u00e9vrier, le cadre propos\u00e9 est pass\u00e9 d&#039;une mise \u00e0 jour r\u00e9glementaire \u00e0 une sanction financi\u00e8re directe contre les personnes recherchant des alternatives sans fum\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet r\u00e9vis\u00e9 compl\u00e8tement <a href=\"https:\/\/clearingtheair.eu\/en\/post\/exclusive-eu-puts-huge-vape-tax-increase-back-on-the-table\/\">m\u00e9prise<\/a> Des donn\u00e9es sanitaires \u00e9tablies plaident en faveur d&#039;une politique fiscale agressive. En qualifiant les alternatives sans tabac de \u00ab danger inh\u00e9rent pour la sant\u00e9 publique \u00bb, la proposition ravive le mythe discr\u00e9dit\u00e9 de la \u00ab porte d&#039;entr\u00e9e \u00bb, sugg\u00e9rant \u00e0 tort que les produits plus sains incitent \u00e0 fumer. Plus inqui\u00e9tant encore est la volont\u00e9 de la pr\u00e9sidence d&#039;augmenter le droit d&#039;accise minimum, ce qui entra\u00eenerait une flamb\u00e9e des prix des sachets. Dans les \u00c9tats membres de l&#039;UE qui ne taxent actuellement pas les sachets (dont plusieurs march\u00e9s importants), cela repr\u00e9senterait une hausse consid\u00e9rable, passant de z\u00e9ro \u00e0 107 \u20ac\/kg. L&#039;UE tente d&#039;imposer \u00e0 tous le tarif le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9, alors que six pays appliquent actuellement une taxe de 50 \u20ac\/kg ou moins. Ce nouveau taux entra\u00eenera une augmentation des droits d&#039;accise dans dix \u00c9tats membres qui taxent d\u00e9j\u00e0 les sachets.<br><br>L&#039;impact le plus dramatique. Actuellement \u00e0 environ 19 \u20ac\/kg, la Su\u00e8de verrait une augmentation de pr\u00e8s de <strong>Augmentation de 600%<\/strong> pour atteindre le minimum de 107 \u20ac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Juan Taborc\u00eda, porte-parole mondial de Considerate Pouchers, a comment\u00e9\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Une telle hausse de taxe sur un produit qui aide r\u00e9ellement les gens \u00e0 arr\u00eater de fumer. R\u00e9fl\u00e9chissez-y. Ils ne cherchent pas \u00e0 pr\u00e9server votre sant\u00e9 pulmonaire\u00a0; ils cherchent \u00e0 renflouer leurs caisses. Cette augmentation massive de taxe n\u2019est pas un programme de sant\u00e9\u00a0; c\u2019est une punition pour l\u2019ind\u00e9pendance. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La directive propos\u00e9e accorde \u00e9galement aux \u00c9tats membres des pouvoirs \u00e9largis pour mettre en \u0153uvre des interdictions d&#039;ar\u00f4mes et des interdictions sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 certaines cat\u00e9gories. Considerate Pouchers pr\u00e9vient que ces mesures, conjugu\u00e9es \u00e0 la flamb\u00e9e des prix, ne r\u00e9duiront pas la consommation de nicotine.
