Tomorrow, Considerate Pouchers will gather in Prague to raise awareness about the importance of harm reduction for smokers. The demonstration will take place on Thursday, 22 August, from 09:00–11:00 at the square in front of the Ministry of Health.
As part of the Qoplarni himoya qilish campaign, participants will provide free coffee from a branded bike, share harm reduction information, and invite consumers to write personal letters to local politicians. These letters will be delivered directly to decision-makers to ensure that consumer voices are heard in the debate around nicotine pouches and snus.
Nicotine pouches – already proven in Sweden to reduce smoking rates, especially among women – offer a smoke-free alternative that helps smokers switch away from harmful cigarettes. However, in the Czech Republic, these life-saving products remain under threat of restrictive regulation.
